Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) was founded in 1901 and is the oldest public community college in Oklahoma. The main campus is located in Tonkawa, and it has branches in Enid and Stillwater. The school has approximately 2,700-3,000 students and offers more than 40 associate degree and certificate programs in the fields of arts, science, and applied science. Students can choose to transfer or find employment. The campus has the A.D. Buck Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Radio Station.
