Shenandoah University, founded in 1875, is a private comprehensive university associated with the United Methodist Church in Winchester, Virginia. It has approximately 4,300 undergraduate and graduate students and offers more than 200 majors in liberal arts, business, health sciences, pharmacy, and art. The campus is close to natural scenery, has five campuses, and has a national reputation in music, nursing and other majors.
