Southeastern Louisiana University is located in Hammond, Louisiana, and was founded in 1925. It is now the third-largest public university in the state, with a campus spanning approximately 365 acres and a total student population of around 14,440, including approximately 12,800 undergraduates and 1,000 graduate students. The university comprises five colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, the College of Education, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the College of Science and Technology.
