The University of Arkansas Community College–Hope (UACCH) is a public two-year community college with its main campus in Hope, Arkansas, and a teaching center in Texarkana. Founded in 1965, the school was merged into the University of Arkansas system in 1996 and now offers more than 46 associate degree and vocational certificate programs. As an open enrollment institution, UACCH serves the southwest Arkansas region with approximately 1,200–1,500 students studying here. The school features small class sizes, technical training that is close to regional employment needs, and one-year transferable programs, emphasizing student success, community connections, and practical education.
